Sharjah Ladies Club to celebrate World Wellness Weekend

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates — Sharjah Ladies Club is preparing to participate in World Wellness Weekend between September 16th and 18th, the fourth consecutive year the Club has marked the event. The celebrations will include a wide range of activities and offers, designed to encourage women and children to adopt a healthier lifestyle and nurture their physical and mental health.

Sharjah Ladies Club has twice been awarded the Wellness Champion title for their efforts in promoting the cause. It is now six years since the World Wellness Weekend was launched, and this year more than 140 countries will be participating in the three-day event.

The Club’s Director General, Khawla Al Serkal, said their annual participation in this event reflected the Club’s efforts to motivate women to lead a healthier lifestyle.

“The fact Sharjah Ladies Club has won the Wellness Champion for two consecutive years is a testament to the hard work we do in promoting physical and mental health. We provide a wide variety of activities and wellness programs that are designed to boost the well-being of our members.

“By taking part in this event and other such international events, we want to raise awareness of positive lifestyle choices and promote physical health in the wider community.”

The Club’s facilities will be involved in the celebrations, with numerous offers and services available. These will include special offers on club membership when buying 1-year or 6 months packages.

To promote physical activity, Fitness 180 Center will be offering free gym access and complimentary fitness assessments, as well as a range of discounts on membership packages.

Dalouk Wellness Spa, Orchid Beauty Boutique, and Collage Talent Center will also be engaging with the event by offering a range of free services and pampering sessions.

All Sharjah Ladies Club branches will be involved in the three-day weekend, with beauty workshops from Joori Beauty Center in al Dhaid and al Hamriyah branches. Other branches will be opening their fitness centers and pools, with a choice of classes and events available to members.
